While attending law school, Ms. Evans worked full time as a Certified Paralegal, and later a Certified Law Clerk in the areas of Family Law and Estate Planning. She also was an active volunteer at the Ventura County Superior Court Self Help Center during law school.
Having focused her education and legal career in Ventura and Santa Barbara area, she has a detailed understanding of the local courts as well as the communities in which she serves.
Ms. Evans also engages in volunteer work in the area of Environmental Law, with emphasis on Land Use issues.

Attorney Michelle Evans is admitted to practice in California and in the Federal District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Evans graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and a minor in Technical Writing. Ms. Evans received her law degree from Ventura College of Law where she achieved the highest course grade in Legal Writing, and was a member and officer of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
